In a world where so much can feel transactional, we’ve always believed real estate should feel personal. It’s not just about houses. It’s about people. Families in transition. New beginnings. Sometimes heartbreak. Sometimes joy. Always real life.
We wanted to share a little more about us, not the bios or job titles, but who we are behind that. The parts of us that you might not see at a closing table, but that absolutely shape the way we show up in this work. The chaos and the calm. The quirky and the quiet. The real us.
Here are a few things you might not know about each of us.

Jessica
Jessica is the kind of person who makes you feel instantly at ease. She’s a natural at finding joy in the everyday, especially if the day includes sunshine, sand, and a beach read (even if she only gets through the first few chapters). Her heart is equal parts playful and grounded, which probably explains her love for sushi and her total refusal to eat cooked fish. Not even she can’t explain that one!
She’s married to a Dutch-Egyptian from New Jersey, an unexpected combination that makes for a family full of personality, flavor, and stories. Together, they’re raising four incredible kids in a whirlwind of school drop-offs, sports, snack bags, and carpool karaoke. They have a Goldendoodle, Kobe, who fully believes he is the family’s lifeguard. He faithfully watches the pool like it’s his full-time job.
Jessica has been in real estate for nearly two decades, and while her experience speaks volumes, it’s her empathy and intuition that set her apart. She’s walked with hundreds of families through moves, milestones, and tough moments, and she does it all with warmth, wisdom, and just the right amount of humor when needed. You’ll probably hear her quoting Dumb and Dumber at some point (and yes, she’ll laugh every time).
At the end of the day, it’s motherhood that drives her. It’s the reason she works so hard and the lens through which she sees the world. Whether it’s a quiet Target run or a few peaceful minutes of Bluey, Jessica knows how to soak in the little things.

Crystal
Crystal is a firm believer that salt water and trade winds heal most things. The ocean is where she feels most at home. She loves Italian food and everything it represents: big, loud meals shared with people she loves, full of laughter, storytelling, and second helpings. She’s not technically Italian, but if love of pasta and passionate conversations count for anything, she’s definitely earned honorary status.
She and her husband live in a nearly 200-year-old house that seems to have a new project every week. Thankfully, he’s incredibly handy, something that has saved them more times than she can count. Together, they’re raising three kids (ages 20, 17, and newly-9), and while her days are often packed with school runs, life talks, and managing three very different stages of childhood, she wouldn’t have it any other way. Most days, she jokes that she’s more life manager than mom, and honestly, she loves it. Their dog Finn is a big part of the family, too. He’s sweet, playful and loyal with them, but fiercely protective with anyone else.
Crystal finds both strength and sanity at RG Fitness, where the community feels like a second family and the workouts help her reset mentally as much as physically. Caring for her 87-year-old grandfather is one of her greatest honors, and a daily reminder of why staying strong and healthy matters.
She started her real estate career five years ago after a long run in the corporate world, and what’s surprised her most is just how personal the work can be. When clients go through hard seasons, she feels it right alongside them, and she’s grateful for the opportunity to help make those transitions just a little easier.
Her greatest joy is being a mom, but she’s proud of the woman she’s continued to become: one who still dreams, works hard, and shows up with her whole heart.

Amanda
Amanda is at her best when she’s sipping a glass of wine with a breathtaking view, and bonus points if it’s a view you don’t see every day. But even if she’s just at her kitchen table with a laptop and a spreadsheet, she’ll make the moment count. She loves sushi, but on Fridays, her palate mysteriously shifts gears and demands tacos and margaritas, and she doesn’t fight it one bit.
Her first date with her now-husband involved a bold bluff; she pretended to be a seasoned golfer to score a trip to Top Golf. He took her to a real course instead. Spoiler alert: she had never swung a club in her life. Ten years later, the bluff paid off, and their life together includes two daughters: an adorably sassy six-year-old and a strong, wise bonus daughter in her twenties. The two girls span a wide age gap, but Amanda loves being right in the middle of it all.
She also has two unforgettable cats: Oreo, who yells “Mom!” and plays dead on cue, and CashMoney, who shares her birthday and is obsessed with flushing toilets and chasing frogs. Yes, her house is as entertaining as it sounds.
Before real estate, Amanda was a voracious reader, sometimes finishing two books a week. These days, she and her husband wind down with a show every night, and she keeps a carefully curated list of must-watch series that she’s always happy to share. Her self-care routine includes powering through a tough Orange Theory workout, collapsing dramatically on the floor afterward, and rising with newfound energy for the day ahead.
She moved to Fayetteville in 2015 to partner with her sister in real estate but spent the first two years in a desk job before fully diving in. Since then, she’s helped nearly 300 families find their next chapter and has mentored more than a dozen new agents.
Through it all, Amanda is driven by a deep desire to live with purpose, both at home and in her work. Her family, with all its love, laughter, and beautiful chaos, keeps her centered. She lives for the love, the challenges, the whirlwind, the joy. Being a mom is what fuels her drive, and she shows up every day to live a life she can be proud of.
We’re More Than Just One Thing
If there’s anything we’ve learned, through motherhood, work, relationships, growth, it’s that we are not just one thing. We’re not just realtors. Or moms. Or wives. Or women with color-coded calendars and to-do lists that never end.
We are all of it.
We are soft hearts and strong backbones. We are caretakers and decision-makers. We are listeners, advocates, problem-solvers, and friends. We are women who laugh until we cry, carry a lot on our shoulders, and somehow still show up: with intention, with grit, with grace.
We understand the messiness of life because we live it too. That’s why our work means more to us than a transaction. It’s a relationship, one that we’re honored to build with every client who invites us in.
So whether you’re moving across the country or just across town, starting over or starting fresh, know that we see the full picture. Because we bring our full selves to this work.
Thanks for letting us be part of your journey.
Happy to be your team,
The Gals at Good to Be Home 🐝
